Has my login information changed?
YOUR USERNAME (EMAIL) AND PASSWORD IS THE SAME. For actors, The only thing you will need to update is your zip code (not currently a profile question) and the distance from your home you wish to receive notices from. Other than that, your profile, email notice settings and everything else will remain the same. Same software, better reach. For casting directors, there is no need to make any edits.
Will this cost more now?
No, for actors paying the $5 monthly subscription for unlimited submissions, that price will remain the same, you’ll just have even more opportunities. The service will still be free for verified casting directors.
Will there be downtime?
The move is made BUT you may still encounter some challenges in the loading as the new server address populates with your internet service provider (ISP).
